paypal braintree - we cannot connect to paypal

If paypal payment give an error with connection problem,

1. check shipping address - having null or no value to 

first_name

last_name

locality

postal_code

region

street_address

will give this error.

Alternative solution

change enableShippingAddress to false

However, by using false, merchant will not be protected from paypal fraud merchant protection.
